Scope

rhi was engaged by the client to provide project services support for a number of work packages for the construction of their Lithium Plant, located on a greenfield site in Western Australia. Construction of the plant began in January 2019 and was completed in 2021 with over 300+ workers required during the construction and 500+ jobs at full scale operation. The plant processes spodumene ore (containing 6% lithium oxide).

Services
  • Cost engineering support, with a particular focus on project reforecasting and updates, and change control management for buildings and pipe rack work packages
  • ​Quantity Surveying to support the progressive re-measurement of work packages, in particular admin building and non-process facilities​
  • Site based contracts administration support of previously referenced work packages
