rhi was engaged by the client to provide over $2M in services in lump sum / unit rate costs for the development of an oil sands mine in Canada, that included a spend of $3B in CAPEX. The project was developed in three phases with the first phase completed mid-2013 and included a Thickening Plant, Tailings Distribution and Power Distribution.
